HALLEY, Tokyo-based R&B band consisting of Teh (Vo.), Haru Toyama (Gt.), and Shin Nishiyama (Key.). Formed in May 2021, after the members met through “The Naleio”, student music club at Waseda University. Drawing strong inspiration from jazz, R&B, soul, gospel, and funk, HALLEY creates a sound that merges pop appeal with deep-rooted musical traditions.

In March 2024, HALLEY released 1st album ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’, which garnered international attention following their performance at SXSW 2024 in Austin, Texas. The album was later nominated as one of the 12 finalists for the APPLE VINEGAR MUSIC AWARD 2025, curated by Gotch of ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION.

In May 2025, they rocked the stage at CARNIVAL FEVER 2025 in Taichung after winning their audition spot. They placed 3rd overall, instantly becoming local fan favorites. And in December, they performed at a pre-event for Clockenflap, Hong Kong, presented by UN.TOMORROW feat. New Action! and also performed as the backing band for Hong Kong singer-songwriter ‘moon tang’ for her first Japan headliner show.

As of 2026, HALLEY continues its journey as an R&B trio and their new single “Melodies” and its Music Video that renders the freshest mode of HALLEY was released in early March.
